Food
    Generally a ground feeding bird that searches around low shrubbery and trees.  Eats insects, spiders, fruits, berries, and weed seeds.  Easily attracted to bird feeders offering sunflower seeds, safflower seed, and cracked corn.

Habitat
    Prefers shrubs near open areas, woods, and suburban yards.
