96kHz Sampling Brings Out Authentic Sounding Tube Amp Harmonics
Everyone knows that the sound of tube amplifiers is the ultimate in guitar tone.  By employing high-accuracy sampling at 96kHz, G Series pedals faithfully model these sonic properties, right up to the highest harmonic register.  Dynamic range is also excellent, thanks to 24-bit A/D/A conversion.  These extremely high levels of digital processing also make your playing sound cleaner and clearer thanks to the fast processing speeds.

ZFX-3: A New-Generation DSP from Zoom
The heart of any multi-effect device is its processor and decoder section. Zoom has reached a new level with its newly developed ZFX-3 chip.  32-bit architecture ensures smooth and detailed signal processing.  Accuracy and speed bring out the character of your instrument without restrictions.

54 High-Quality Effects Made Possible by 32-Bit Processing
A total of nine effects modules are included, including dynamics, ambience, drive, and modulation.  Together they offer 54 types of effects.  The Harmonized Pitch Shifter lets you play along in key.  Use long delays or multi-tap delay of up to 5000 milliseconds.  Select dynamic flanger and have the effect level controlled by picking intensity. Select from 3 types of modulation waveforms for the tremolo.  A multitude of high-performance choices opens up totally new territory in this class.  Touch up the harmonic register with the 6-band equalizer.  The cabinet simulator gives a choice of mic positions.  The G Series has in incredible level of flexibility and the ability to create an awesome array of great tones.

Latest Modeling Technology Supports 16 Different Drive Sounds
By digitally simulating the clipping action of analog devices such as tubes and diodes, the G Series faithfully duplicates the distortion of tube amps and vintage effects.  This includes not only the superficial sound character but also elements such as depth and dynamics.  As you start using the G Series, you will be amazed by the realistic balance between fundamental notes and harmonics that is essential to a great analog tone.

The Right Tools for the Job: Editing Controls with Analog Feel
The 3 rotary knobs let you tailor 3 different parameters at the same time.  This could be the equalizer bass/midrange/treble, or the chorus depth/rate/mixing level, or the delay time/feedback/mixing level.  It's like having an array of stomp boxes ready for action.  In play mode, the 3 knobs are assigned to drive effect gain, tone, and patch level.  This lets you quickly match the unit's performance to the guitar or amp type, room acoustics, or other factors.  Delay time and modulation rate settings can be made directly via the intuitive TAP key input.

Preset Patches Ready to Use for Recording or Live Performance
The unit comes preprogrammed with a total of 40 preset effects patches.  20 pairs of similar sounding and similarly named effects are optimized respectively for use with a guitar amp on stage or for recording with DAW software or a mixer.  There are settings for duplicating well-known amps and stomp boxes, settings that are modeled on the signature sound of famous guitarists, as well as totally
original Zoom creations.  There is also enough built-in memory to store up to 40 of your own effects patches.

World's Fastest Patch Change Speed: 5ms
Thanks to the speed of Zoom's new processors, that annoying interval when switching patches has been all but eliminated.  With its amazing speed of 0.005 seconds, the G Series pedals never miss a beat. When changing from rhythm to lead, you no longer need to press the switch slightly in advance.  Simply push the foot switch and start playing the solo phrase.  No more fear of losing the rhythm when making patch changes.

Built-In Auto-Chromatic Tuner for Guitar
The guitar tuner can be called up instantly by pushing two foot switches together.  High-brightness LED indicators make the note readout easy to see also on a dark stage.  The calibration range is 435 to 445Hz, and mute tuning without sound output is also possible.

ZNR Makes Those Playing Pauses Silent
Zoom Noise Reduction (ZNR) was developed specifically for guitar.  While keeping any alteration of the original sound to an absolute minimum, ZNR shuts out unwanted noise in the playing pauses.  Even the tails of long sustain notes come out beautifully, with natural release.  Additional flexibility is provided by two noise gates.  The vintage type Dirty Gate is a great match for fuzz sounds, while the high-speed muting of the Gate setting brings heavy riffs into clear focus.

Integrated Drum Machine with PCM Sound Sources
Realistic drum sounds derived from PCM sources are arranged in a variety of rhythm patterns for different musical genres.  The 40 rhythm variations include the steady 8-beat of Rock and Pop, funky 16-beat, a "Jazzy" 4-beat, some great shuffle riffs for blues sessions, and many more choices.  Rhythm training is a cinch, and the rotary knobs let you quickly make tempo or level adjustments.

Ultra Low Noise Design: 120dB SN Ratio and -100dB Noise Floor
Specifications such as a signal-to-noise ratio of 120dB and noise floor of -100dB demonstrate a level of performance that is unsurpassed in this class.  Background noise is a thing of the past, leaving the unit free to produce only its own superbly transparent sound.  Especially when using reverb effects such as Hall, Room, or Spring, the low noise floor combined with 96kHz sampling and 32-bit processing results in breathtaking performance.

Sturdy Metal Chassis and Rubber Damping for Superior Toughness and Durability
The combination of a solid metal chassis with shock-absorbent rubber damping ensures that the unit can stand up to the rigors of use on stage.  Take it on the road or into the studio, the G Series will not let you down.

2-Way Power Allows Use Just About Anywhere
Thanks to its circuit design optimized for low voltage operation, the unit will run for more than 7.5 hours on a set of four IEC R6 (size AA) batteries.  The AC adaptor (AC-0006) can be plugged in for extended studio work, whereas on stage you never need to worry about AC power.

Optional Foot Switch Allows Versatile Remote Operation
With an optional foot switch (FS01) you can set tempos for delay time and modulation rate.  Other selectable functions include bank switching, drum machine start/stop, and delay hold on/off switching.

Expression Pedal Adds Further Versatility to Your Guitar Play
The built-in expression pedal is a great way to control effect parameters in real time.  Control the vintage wah, pitch shift, or adjust the volume dynamics.  Go beyond conventional pedal effects by varying drive gain or modulation rate, and adjusting the mixing ratio of delay and reverb.  The dedicated Pedal Assign key and status LED indicators make it a cinch to select the effect to control.  Effect on/off switching is also possible by pushing the pedal fully down.

USB Port Enables Computer Recording
The USB port allows the unit to function as an audio interface for a computer.  Simply connect a USB cable to utilize the high-quality sound of the G2.1u in a computer-based recording system.  The high-performance DAW application "Cubase LE" comes bundled with the unit, so you can start creating sophisticated music straight away.  Because playback from the DAW application can be monitored at the G2.1u itself, there are no latency problems during recording.  Powering the unit from the computer via the USB bus is also supported.

A Vintage Tube Amp Sound in a Compact Pedal
Boss knows the sound that guitarists want and has the technological expertise to provide it, thanks to decades of experience in guitar-oriented products like the popular OD1 and DS1 compact pedals. Now Boss introduces the BD2 Blues Driver - a compact pedal that gives you the classic, bluesy sound of a vintage tube amp.  Whether it's on-stage, in the studio, or practicing at home, the BD2 Blues Driver gives you that classic tube amp sound.

The Roots of Great Sound
The tube amp has given the guitar a rich history of great sounds, from smooth jazz to screaming rock to crying blues.  And while the guitar is a naturally expressive instrument, the tube amp makes it even more expressive, bringing out the subtle nuances of different types of guitars, pickups, and playing styles.  The tube amp has shared center stage with some of history's greatest guitarists and that same
classic sound remains popular today.  But with the BD2 Blues Driver, you don't have to own a vintage tube amplifier - now you can get that same great sound and expressiveness in a compact pedal.

Back to Basics with the BD2
When the situation calls for straight-ahead, down-home blues/rock, the BD2 Blues Driver lives up to its name.  Light distortion, fat overdrive, or smooth, warm sustain - the BD-2 gives you all the textures you need to sing, cry, or scream.  These classic sounds are available for the first time in a compact pedal.  So when it's time to get back to basics, just stomp on your trusty blue pedal - the BD2
Blues Driver.  All the warmth and sustain of a tube amp is at your command.

The BD2 Blues Driver Drives it Home
From the rehearsal studio to the concert stage, the BD2 delivers the goods, even when playing through a solid-state amp.  So you don't have to invest big bucks in a vintage tube amp to get that vintage sound.  Even when practicing at home at low volume, you can still get the sound of a cranked tube amplifier without tormenting neighbors.

Fingertip Control
As for the controls - nothing fancy here, just a Gain and Tone control like your favorite amp, along with an overall Level control.  These simple controls give you a full range of possibilities.  Crank the Gain for hard-driving distortion or pull it back for a smooth sound with a mild edge.  The Tone control lets you get a variety of classic guitar sounds - from blues-breakin' British to American tweed.  And like a fine amplifier, the BD2 sound varies with your choice of guitar and pickups and it responds to the unique feel of your playing style.

T-Rex Mudhoney Fuzz Distortion Effects Pedal

T-Rex Distortion Pedal

2 year unconditional warranty.

The Mudhoney is the ultimate "fire and brimstone" machine.  With the boost function disengaged, it provides a mild to fierce boost (depending on gain setting), with lots of bottom, easily recreating psychadelic guitar sounds of the '60s.  When the boost is engaged, the gain becomes much more sensitive and is capable of unleashing the most hairy "in your face" fuzz mania by adding a wild subharmonic beneath the selected fuzz setting.  Unlike most other units, the Mudhoney is able to maintain a tight bottom end, even in the most extreme settings.  The volume is unity gain in the 12 o'clock position and provides up to 3 dB boost in the maximum position.

Budda BudWah Guitar Wah Pedal

Budda Wah Pedal

Although the wah has been with us for many a year, the newer designs have not addressed some of the problems inherent with the older circuitry.  For example, take the loading and muddiness of the signal when the wah has been bypassed, the narrow frequency range and the use of substandard parts for assembly.  Taking these issues into account, Budda Amplification researched the original Vox wah and designed a modern version incorporating the original specifications with upgraded tonal characteristics.

Analyzing the original "Fasel" inductor was the first measure taken to obtain the tonal sweep that made the original Vox wah the tool that it was.  Budda's design offers a frequency band that has the mid range honk and top end boost of a vintage pedal without the harshness.  The next step was to conquer the tonal loss and muddiness that occurs when you bypassed the wah.  By implementing a "hardwire bypass" modification, Budda has been able to eliminate the wah completely from the circuit so that you retain your amp's and guitar's true tonal characteristics.

TC Electronic G-System Guitar Multi-Effects Processor

TC Electronic G-System Processor

9 effects simultaneously.
4 switchable effects loops.
USB connection.

In the past, guitar multi-effects units have been a much maligned bunch. Written off as "entry-level only" for many years, these multi-use effects boxes have come a long way since their initial inception.  TC Electronics, one of the biggest innovators in audio processing tools in the last 30 years, strives to make believers out of of nay-sayers.

Founded by Danish brothers in 1976, TC specializes in audio interfaces, computer hardware, audio software, studio processors, rack effects, and most importantly, pedal-based guitar and vocal effects.  The G-System is their flagship, a tank-like Megalodon that brings the best of what multi-effects processing has to offer the modern guitarist.

Options A'Plenty

Thanks to the inclusion of two independent DSP sections, the TC G-System is capable of running up to nine of the twenty five onboard effects simultaneously.  Try as we might, we can't find a need for any more than that.  Prefer the rack/MIDI control side of being a guitarist?  TC thought of that too, allowing you to unhinge the "brain" unit from the G-System (known as the GFX01), rack it up in a standard 19" box, and still retain control via the remaining floorboard.  Plus, the floor unit has MIDI connections for controlling any of your other favorite MIDI gear.  Do the 18 knobs leave you wanting more?  Connect up to four external expression pedals for added control over virtually any effect or parameter.

Since you're going to be using this with an amplifier, TC Electronic even went so far as to make the G-System smart enough to control and switch your favorite amplifier,
allowing you to leave your amp's footswitch at home.  And with the USB connection, you'll be able to stay on top of your firmware updates for years to come, all free from TC.  And since this unit is all about the little things, we'd like to mention one more little thing--unlike most others, this TC piece has extremely fast, silent program changes, that even allow for controllable delay spillovers!

Total Integration for Tonal Integration

While certainly capable of replacing the majority or entirety of your pedalboard, that is not the aim of this TC unit: the G-System was built with the common needs and functions at the heart of being a guitarist in mind.  TC recognizes that of all of the different kinds of pedals we use, distortion, overdrive, and fuzz are a subjective matter of personal taste, which is why they decided to leave them out of the G-System completely.  By the same token, the G-System incorporates another brilliant feature--the ability to route up to four of your favorite effects pedals or units via four switchable, mono, analog loops, allowing placement wherever you choose in your signal chain.

Having the option to put your other pedals within your chain wasn't good enough for TC--they went above and beyond, allowing you to control those effects with four of the eighteen oversized, knurled metal knobs.  Do you have a preamp you favor?  TC thought of that too, offering an additional insert point, ready to accept your favorite external pre.  Oh, and those pedals we mentioned earlier, the ones you patched in yourself?  No need to bring out an extra power strip, because the G-System has an array of four 9V DC outlets, ready to supply juice to your favorite stompboxes.

Continuing the design aesthetic of total control, the G-System allows you to reroute and change up the footswitch layout to whatever your guitar-playing heart desires.

Ultra-compact LCD Needle-Style Dedicated Guitar and Bass Tuner
High accuracy and superb functionality have made Korg tuners the worldwide favorite.  And now, the new GA-1 joins the best-selling GA series of tuners.  With even more features, like a pitch reference tone and quinta-flat tuning, the GA-1 tuner packs basic functionality and convenient tuning functions into ultra-compact bodies.

Features

- Ultra-compact design.

- High-precision LCD needle-type meter for stable tuning.

- Quinta Flat Tuning mode lets you tune 1--5 semitones flat

- Supports 7-string guitar tunings.

- Sound Out can produce a reference tone from the internal speaker.

- Auto Power Off function conserves battery life.

An Easy-to-Use Dedicated Guitar and Bass Tuner
This dedicated guitar/bass tuner lets you select either Guitar mode or Bass mode for truly easy operation with automatically detected pitch.  The wide detection range supports 7-string guitar (7B through 1E) in Guitar mode, and 6-string bass (Low-B, Hi-C) in Bass mode.  A high-sensitivity mic is built-in, allowing easy and accurate tuning of acoustic guitars.

Ultra-compact Body with a "Tilt Slit"
Although the GA-1 is small, thin, and light, don't let its pocket-sized body fool you.  The GA-1 can accurately tune any guitar or bass.  From studio to stage, tuning is easy and convenient.  The back of the unit includes a unique arc-shaped "tilt slit" that lets you insert a plastic card or guitar pick for use as a handy stand.

High-Precision LCD Meter
The meter section uses a LCD needle, combining the accuracy of an LCD with the easy visibility of a needle, and providing a stable display.  Additional visual feedback is provided by LEDs that indicate pitch deviation.

Sound Out -- Internal Speaker Provides a Reference Pitch
In addition to visual tuning via meter, the GA-1 can play reference pitches from its internal speaker (Sound Out) for tuning by ear.  Each press of the Sound switch will cycle the output sound through 7B->6E->5A->4D->3G->2B->1E in Guitar mode, or LB->4E->3A->2D->1G->HC in Bass mode.

Quinta Flat Tuning mode -- a world-wide first!
The GA-1's Quinta Flat Tuning mode supports the lowered tunings used in heavy metal styles to give more weight to the sound.  Until now, dedicated guitar tuners have supported a maximum of only four semitones below standard pitch, but the GA-1 gives you five steps of flatted tuning, extending as far as five semitones below standard pitch, and supporting even super-long scale guitars that are five frets longer than conventional guitars.

Auto Power Off Function
If you leave the unit powered-on for 20 minutes without performing any operation, the Auto Power Off function will turn the power off automatically, avoiding unnecessary battery consumption.

Approximately 100 hours of continuous use
Low-power consumption design allows an amazing 100 hours (approximate) of continuous battery life (A4 continuous input, Meter mode, zinc-carbon batteries).

* Even if the pitch is within the detection range, detection may not be possible for instrumental sounds that contain a large number of overtones or have a rapid decay.

Shubb C1 Original Capo for Steel-String Acoustic Guitar or Electric Guitar (Nickel)

Shubb C1 Guitar Capo

Since 1980 the Shubb capo has set the standard against which all others must be measured.  It is the first choice ... often the only choice... of more than a million musicians worldwide.  Once the serious guitarist has discovered the Shubb, he'll never settle for anything less.

What makes the Shubb capo so special?  For one thing, its ingenious design: a patented locking action, which provides an unrivalled combination of power, speed, accuracy and ease of use.  One smooth flip of the lever locks it securely in place... and removes it just as quickly.  And the Shubb capo doesn't create tuning problems.  It's soft, resilient rubber is specially designed to work just like a fingertip, so it doesn't bend the strings over the frets.  It's closing action is just like your hand, so it doesn't pull the string off center.  As a result, no re-tuning is necessary!

Precisely machined of brass and carefully hand assembled, a Shubb capo is manufactured without compromise.  Simply holding one in your hand conveys a sense of quality.  Snapping it solidly onto a guitar neck, and then removing it, all within about one second, will confirm its reputation for excellence.

The Original Shubb Capo ("C" series) is available in either nickel or brass finish.  They are all made of brass, but some are nickel-plated and others are left unplated.  How should you decide which one you want?  To start with, whichever looks better to you.  But if you want more, here are some further considerations...

The Environmental Issue

The nickel-plating process produces byproducts that are not environmentally friendly.  True, plating shops are held responsible by law for controlling these byproducts, but if this is a concern of yours, it might be a factor in making your decision between a nickel-plated or plain brass capo.

Nickel Allergy

Nickel plating can sometimes cause an allergic dermatitis, similar in cause and symptoms to poison oak or ivy.  It commonly occurs on the ears, wrists, neck, and waistband area where items commonly plated (such as costume jewelry or belt buckles) are worn.  If you have ever had this, or noticed a mysterious rash (especially on your hands), you might want to opt for the brass finish.

Uncoated Brass Will Darken

The plain, unplated brass capos are not coated with anything.  There is no coating that Shubb has found which is durable enough to withstand the constant handling that a capo gets.  They are, as they say, plain brass.  This means that in time they will darken.  To those of us who appreciate the look of brass, this natural-aged finish is appealing; reminiscent of the look of an old microscope, or some piece of gear from a sailing ship.  On the other hand, if you prefer your brass to shine, the capo can be polished up using a cloth and just about any kind of metal polish, and it will shine like gold.

What Color Hardware is on Your Guitar

A nickel-plated capo might look more at home on a guitar with nickel-plated hardware, while the brass capo is similar to gold in appearance, and looks good with gold-plated hardware.  Since the capo is not permanently installed on the guitar, this might not be a major factor to you.
