Introduction America Online, a nice internet service, does things a bit differently than other email clients but it is easy to learn how to use. Remember that "Practice makes permanent" and conversely that if one does not practice skills, they certainly cannot be expected to be permanant skills. Attaching a file to an email message is a very important skill for an expanded email user. Do it once in a while so you "remember how to do it".
